These buttons are all so soft and beautiful. But the blessings part is what I truly love. Yes Count your many blessings name them one by one...count your many blessings see what God has done.

Your button photo and the thought that went with it was lovely. It brought back the memory of childhood when Mama would sit me down with a scrape of fabric and her button jar. The first lessons in sewing were sewing pretty buttons on to scrapes from Mama scrape pile. Thanks for the memory. Your devoted follower, Connie :)

Love the shades of pastels in the buttons. A lovely vignette!

In your previous post - the cloche with the bird's nest is stunning. The plate/base it sets on is wonderful.

What a good idea, to count my blessing with buttons! I have 2 tall bottles full of buttons (we all love them) I guess I had better get started! ;)

My grandmother used to keep baby food jars, and store buttons in them. She had a jar for every color of button. When we were kids, we used to play by the hour with those buttons. When she died, all of my cousins, siblings and I wanted some of her buttons. I have a jar full sitting on my bookcase. :)
