This is a very easy recipe for a fast way to make Caramel Popcorn!
Just 3 ingredients!
Just 3 ingredients!
I pop my own popcorn in a big pot on the stove. I add popcorn kernels to cover the bottom of the pot then add canola oil halfway up to the kernels. I cook it on med/high until it's all popped. I do not shake, I just let it pop away! When done stir and add a little sea salt.
The best homemade popcorn ev~er! We love it just like this too! You can also use microwave popcorn or air popped.

Follow recipe above for caramel corn.
Enjoy!

OOOHHHH That sounds so good! I always have all of those ingredients except marshmallows in the house....I am going to have to pick some up.
What brand of popcorn do you use?
Hugs,
Penny
Hello Penny!
I use all brands of popcorn! This batch happens to be a yellow popcorn by Kroger (store brand). I have used white popcorn also! Any will do!

Maryjane
Hello sweet Maryjane
It's been awhile hasn't it? Well for me anyway.
I had to come and say hi. I'm not Bubblin' Over any longer (well I am, just not my blog name, lol). I'm now a blogspot girl like the rest of my friends. Having fun with it, but I still LOVE your blog and layout. Nice and big, bold and beautiful. I could smell that pop-corn from here, Canada.
I see you have been a busy bee.
I'm so glad to be back.
Happy Sunday

Sounds and look's delicious!! Thank's for sharing............TALLULAH'S
This is a great recipe! Quick and easy. I like to make popcorn like you do, on the stove. If you add about a tablespoon of sugar to the oil before popping, it's kettle corn. Yummy. Mimi
Oh, Maryjane I love your popcorn! I miss those days of eating it at your house and just enjoying your sweet, dear company! Love and miss you tons!!
I just made your popcorn and it's great! I may need to double my popcorn amount as I think mine came out a bit drippy (from the marshmallows, I think). So good! Reminds me of my childhood days and school events.
So yummy!!! Thanks for the great recipe!!! This is a keeper!!! :)
