Each year the family room mantle is a little different.
We now have 22 stockings with our 12th grandbaby coming! Each Christmas Eve they are filled to the brim and over~flowing for Christmas Day when they all come for dinner. We can't wait!I made all these and added their name with German glass glitter.
My friend Leanne made these darling, whimsical stockings for this year. 
It's so hard to keep track of these Elves at Christmastime!They love to play "hide & go seek"!
Are you ready for Christmas?!Now, where are those Elves? I need their help wrapping!

Immediately I saw those big red and green stockings by the fireplace, and thought my, you can really get a lot in those big stockings! Only have a Christmas tree this year, because I'll go North to my kids for the celebration. But...I have all my presents wrapped!

It all looks so pretty! I love your mantle. I finally did mine just today and have decided to hang our grandbabies stockings on the railings. I enjoyed seeing your grandchildrens stockings- my granny made a red felt stocking for each one in the entire family every year. All 56 of us! She used to embroider the names and then when she was too old switched to glitter glue. Seeing yours all lined up reminded me of her. What a legacy you are giving them!

Holy Moly girl...22 stockings to fill. I mean they are precious...but what on earth do you put in them? Men are so hard for stocking stuffers and girls...well easy, but can be expensive! Really, I would love for you to give a tute on this because I love doing stockings and I am always looking for ideas!!!
