My little
granddaughter Hailey Mae had a sleep~over with me this weekend.
She is a darling 8 year old and so domestic! I saw her standing at my studio door with a smile on her face and a feather duster in her hand, then she closed the door. She was in there for quite a while. Taking a peek, she was a busy bee dusting everything and putting things in place. She loves to be in there and has her own little desk to create! After several minutes she came to me and led me to my studio! It was so neat and tidy! She pointed to my dress form and there was
the feather duster being held by the "blouse" and tucked in the pocket, a precious reminder of her loving gesture! She got lots of kisses & hugs and a big Popsicle!
Fresh and piping hot from my studio and now in my Sassy Sadie Lee Etsy shop!
Have a wonderful week!

Oh, what a great helper! Sweet.
What a little sweetheart. I hope when my GGD is that age she'll want to dust for me, since I don't DO dust, sweetpea!!
I love the apron btw, chick, just adorable.

Oh what a precious little girl. I know she had fun, but what a thrill to share such sweet moments and memories with her. Hugs, kisses and popsicles are definitely in order. Hugs, Marty

HI Maryjane,
It's been a while...I don't know how but somewhere along the way I lost you! Now I'm a follower and have added you on my bloglist. So glad you came by and visited me at Vintage Cottage Camper...yes you are more than welcome to post about it. I will have more photos up soon from our recent trip to the coast...it may take me a few days for I came home with a sore throat and ear ache.
I see you have etsy shops now and are really bopping over here! Good for you. Your blog is lovely as ever.
Love this post! Sweet memories for sure! She LOVES to do that, especially with Grandma! xo
