Warming up after her bath!

This is little Samantha my 4 lb. Maltese warming up and drying off after her bath! She hates for me to blow~dry her dry. She loves to sit in her little bed (1 of many!) in front of my little electric fireplace in my craft room. This little heater is so darn cute and keeps the room toasty while crafting! Sometimes I think it is real, especially during the evening as it's flickering glow dances off the walls and ceiling.

Little Samie has fallen asleep now as I write this post. She will not be happy at all when I wake her up for her comb out! Poor little thing...LOL!

She is darling! Have you tried using creme rinse on her hair to help prevent the tangles? We've used it on our dogs and it makes them smell so nice! The vet just laughs at us. We have short haired wienner dogs so they really don't need it but I rinse them anyway. Hope it helps.

How darling. I have 2 Shi Tzu darlings and they hate their baths but they go crazy when they are done.
I love your electric fireplace. I should get one for my craft room.

I have a bichon/maltese that looks like yours, however, I am too lazy to wash him. I would never get him combed out....:D.
Is that a portable type stove? Do you just plug it in? I think I want one!!! My sewing room is upstairs and it is fairly cold up there in the winter.

Hi Sweet Mary Jane - lil' Sam is a cutie pie - my Bischon just runs around like CRAZY after a bath - I couldn't catch him to comb him if I wanted too. I'm sure Sam keeps you great company while you are crafting. I've been looking at your daughters photography - beautiful. I hope she pursues her passion. Many blessings to you and have a happy day! Cathy

That picture looking over her head to the fireplace is so cute. I have 3 Maltese in long coats, and if they can't be in my lap, they sure like their little beds! Karmen

Adorable!!! I may have to get one of those electric stove heaters for my craft room. The furbabies want to be where I am 24 hours a day.

I have a little Sammie, too. She is shih-tzu and mats very easy. I always dread bath time. You would think someone would me clean her.

Sharon's idea of cream rinse sounds like a winner. I think I'll try that myself.
