Chair "Pillowcase" Covers!

A sweet touch...
Because of blogging, I have saved tons of $$$ on magazines! I find magazines cover to cover while visiting bloggers such as yourself for inspiration! Blogland is where the action is and all the tips a gal could ask for on decorating, cooking, sewing, gardening, encouragement, support...the list goes on forever! THANK YOU sweet bloggers for all the above! This chair "pillowcase" cover inspiration came from several of you and thought I would give it a try. I am so pleased that I did!
I bought this set of vintage pillowcases from
Stefanie at Rose Petals and Rust. She has the cutest Lollishop! Added some pink seam binding, some sweet poises from Elyse at cottage and a vintage earring I have used many times for dressing up for tea parties.

Isn't this handy work beautiful? All for a pillowcase!
A matching one for the other captains chair.
I need 4 more!

Now off for so more inspiration!

Aren't those just the sweetest...I love to use pillow cases for things like that...last summer I used some
and slipped some throw pillows in them and gathered them up just like you did but I just tied a piece of homespun on them....isn't blogland
so fun...have a great day...

I love beautiful pillow cases and yours is gorgeous. I think one of the reasons so many magazines are going under is because of blogging. I don't subscribe to very many anymore. Have a great weekend. Mimi

These are so cute!!!!! I have seen tablecloths used to cover the backs of chairs, but never a pillowcase. I love how you put it all together!

You are right about inspiration from our blog friends! And there aren't any advertisements inbetween all of the pages!
