Trailer Fun!

Last year I showed you my friend Karmen's 13 ft. 1957 Jewel (twin to mine!) I wanted to show it once more this year before summer ended because it is so darn cute and some of you might have missed it!
Enjoy the "little" tour!
A fellow blogger asked if we keep things out while traveling or pack it up?
We pack it all up and put it ALL out when we arrive to our designation!
We carry and take it all! Even the kitchen sink! LOL!!!

Yes, that IS too darn cute! I would love playing house in that darling trailor. Wish I had one for our northern Michigan property. We have a rustic cabin there but it's not nearly as cute and not nearly as much fun as a sweet dressed up little trailor would be. I'm finally back into blogging after a summer of being away. Stop by to visit with me soon. Have a perfect new week, Maryjane...Kathy

This is probably a dumb question, but I am interested because I am in the process of restoring my own 1958 Trotwood Cub trailer: how does she keep the knick knacks and wall decor in place while camper is in motion? Does she put everything away and then redecorate at each stop??? I have been trying to figure this mystery out as I look at all these beautifully decorated "lil' Palaces"!

Love the photos!

Oh wow, that is just darling! My grandparents have a 90-foot motorhome, but I think I would rather have the cuteness than the space! :D

Such a cute trailer. Growing up, my father had one parked in our drive way and we used it when we made our way out camping. He sold it about 13 years ago...didn't tell me, or I would have said "let me have it!".

Seeing these trailers takes me back to when I was a little girl and my great aunt and uncle owned one. They used to let us play house in it while it was parked in their yard. It was so much fun. Theirs was waaaay more utilitarian looking than yours and your friends' trailers, but to a 7 yr. old, it was heaven. Thanks for the memories....

Every time you post about your trailer or a friend's trailer, I find myself wanting one. They are so wonderful! (I have a fantasy of making a studio out of one - for quilting and creating.) Maybe some day!

Hey there Maryjane! I love your little trailer as well as the photos of your friend's trailer you are sharing. I'm a Sister on the Fly #1129, but don't have a trailer yet. I cannot wait till the day comes when I can get one for myself. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely darling! I have my eye on a trailer just like yours, but I'm worried if my Honda can pull it. Do you know how much your Jewel weighs? If I buy the little cutie, I'll look to yours for inspiration when I start fixing it up!
