This is a little glimpse of my little rose garden in my courtyard in the backyard. I love to sit out here each day in my rocker and watch the bees and hummingbirds buzz about! This beautiful vintage plate had a big chip in it. It is to pretty to throw away or cut for mosacing, so in the rose garden it went!A Rose Journal I just finished...
MaryJane~ Can I come sit with you in your rose garden amidst the bees and hummingbirds? What a beautiful haven you have. Happy Rose Filled Days To You! Danette
Maryjane your roses are so beautiful and the chipped plate added to the garden is lovely. I can see why you wanted to keep that plate, such a pretty rose on it. Hugs, Sue
Beautiful! I love roses. I have a man who comes to cut my lawn and on one of his visits he cut my only beautiful yellow rose bush(it was still blooming!) down to a foot tall. It took all I had in me to say in a calm voice I will take care of the roses. Please do not cut them. And when my heart went back into it's regular rythm I was able to continue on with my day:) Blessings, aimee p.s. my giveaway is still going on for all who want to come by and pay me a visit:)
Gorgeous pink roses in the garden can brighten every day for me. Thank you for adding beauty to my day today. I can totally understand why that pink rose journal sold right away. So pretty!!
I have a couple of bags of pottery and dishes I've unexpectedly broken waiting for the same thing. As soon as my yard is finished, I shall have crockery and dishes in the dirt! Brenda
Hi MaryJane! Your roses are stunning. Thank you for the tour of your courtyard. I loved it. I love watching my hummers and smelling the fragrant flowers. I love the sound of the waterfall as it sprays over onto the rocks. It is so wonderful in the yard, however the last few days it has been quite humid here, which is unusual for Phoenix. I am a little tired of it. Today was rough working in the yard, but my Daddy and Moma are gardeners and they have passed that love onto me. It is wonderful theraphy. Thanks for stopping by Country Wings in Phoenix. I am so enjoying Pink Saturday. I am adding my name to your followers, I hope you will do the same and come back and visit my little piece of heaven in the desert. "Country Hugs", Sherry
So good to visit with you, again!!! Everything is just as I remembered it... so much beauty, so much pink! My happy place! I did tell you that pink is my "happy" color?!? Thank you, for living the pink, for me!!!
Happy Belated Birthday! I'm so sorry that I missed it! I'm sorry to hear about your gallbladder surgery, too. You'll feel much better without that little trouble maker, though. I had to have mine removed while expecting little man -- those attacks were the worst. It does take the body a while to adjust without it, though... still not there, for me... I suppose it has a purpose, or else God wouldn't have put it there, huh?!? ;*)
Oh My! Your rose garden is just GORGEOUS! You're just so smart to repurpose that beautiful plate -- I couldn't have thrown it out, either!
Your cupcake tags.... oh! your cupcake tags.... now Miss MaryJane, that's just mean to tease all of us with those. You don't tell us how to make them and you don't offer them for sale! Tsk-tsk! I'm not gonna say anything more...but just know that we're all drooling over them and waiting for you to sell us some!!!
I know that i'm forgetting something... probably alot of things, but those tags have my brain locked up at the moment!!!
Your roses are so delicate. I really like the wall hanging with the pale pink roses climbing up the climber onto it. I love that look. And the rose china plate, so pretty, even in your dirt! Who could not love a rose, not I.
