I am soooo thrilled with my latest finds! Do you remember Princess House from the 1970's?! I hostessed so many Princess House Parties! Did you? I found this Princess House cheese cutting board and glass dome at Simply Friends! Oh yes, I went crazy thinking of what I could use it for and cheese was not on the list! Me, oh, my! I am one happy girl...until my next visit to Simply Friends!

What sweet treasures!
Looks like a great little shop. And I love your finds!
What lovely things. I came her via Maison Douce, my friend Isabel's blog. I was just down in your neck of the woods last month and stopped in at Simply Friends. My Dad lives in Temecula so I always visit the shops in Murrietta when I'm down there. I'll be back.
Lisa
P.S. Love that brooch!
Your treasures are so cute and fun. Even the tag that your pin was on is awesome. Oh, by the way, I shared your Laundry Soap recipe with my homemakers group. They are making and loving it. One thing that I did add is taking 2 cups of solution (powder), and mixing in one box of rit dye whitener. I use that solution for white clothes.......what do you think?

I don't think I have ever heard of the hostess party you mentioned. Was that just something in your area?

How I wish that I lived close to these shops. Love the things you found! "The Polka Dot Apron" is a clever and unique name for a bakery, and the scones looked amazing. Thank you for sharing this pretty post with us.
Hi, Maryjane, I just loved your pictures! At first I thought that the sweet you had was shortbread, My Favorite, with the pressed in flower on top, but, Wow! Scones with a flower imprint on them! I have never seen anything like that! And...they looked delisious...I just had to take a bite! Hope you didn't mind:D.
Thanx for the Beautiful Post! It Brightened my Day! Have a Sunshiny kind of Day! Thank

Lovely treasures, Maryjane. I was just talking with a friend of mine about Princess House this week! I cannot tell you how many parties I went to through the years. I see it in thrift stores every now and then and wonder how anyone could give it up. Especially when you can use it for so many things. ;)
You lucky girl, you! Such loveliness!!

I'm with you on those glass domes, I buy everyone I can find. Check out the glass candle holder on my lastest Project Friday, I'm using it for a dome with tea cups and saucer. I adore the pin flower, doesn't look like it would be hard to make. Hugs, Rosemarie

When you add a lot of applications, it becomes very difficult to arrange them dragging them on the iphone small screen. Is there a PC application that will allow to arrange the icons quicker?
